At Revels Performance Lab, our mission is to help everyday people feel and train like athletes. We combine science-based programming with proven training protocols to guide you through every phase of athletic development—from endurance and strength to power and movement mastery.

Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to understand your training, prevent injury, and unlock your full potential. Using the same assessments, movements, and protocols as elite athletes, we create a training experience that’s both effective and accessible—because everyone deserves to train with purpose and perform like an athlete.

About Me

Hi, I’m Jacky — founder, CEO, and head coach behind Revels Performance Lab.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the field and both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Exercise Science, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people move better, feel stronger, and train smarter. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, GGS Pre- and Postnatal Coach, and Precision Nutrition Coach.

My passion lies in injury prevention, training efficiency, and equipping athletes (and aspiring athletes!) with the tools they need to succeed, not just through programming, but through education. I believe that when you understand the “why” behind your training and nutrition, you’re empowered to push forward with confidence and purpose.

I’m also a bit of a science nerd who truly loves the process, I know what it’s like to juggle big goals with real life. As a mom of two young kids, a proud military spouse, and someone who sees herself as an “everyday person” with athletic dreams, I’m right here in the trenches with you. I train to feel like an athlete and I want to help you do the same.
